Animation is the art of the impossible.

Our exciting specialist course enables students to develop their imaginative and creative skills, while giving them a sound knowledge and understanding of animation processes, techniques and critical theory.

Our students learn through high-level and tutor-guided studio practice, and by doing. We actively promote experimentation, reflection and the sharing of enthusiasms and influences.

Successful animators need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing cultures and new initiatives, and our course seeks to reflect this fluidity. Our students rapidly develop their own practice in animation and are encouraged to work on shared initiatives.

Every graduating year will demonstrate high level problem solving skills, but this showcase of ambitious projects was completed by students faced by the added challenges of Covid restrictions, and we are therefore particularly proud of our graduates, and very impressed by the achievements of the class of 2022.
